POLICY

1.All sales are final, we do not support returns.

2.For coupons and gift certificates, same-day rescheduling fee is $20/person (60 mins), and $30/person (90mins), no-show or same-day cancellation, coupons and gift certificates will be automatically redeemed.

3.Guests who are late will not be able to extend the time of the scheduled service and must pay the full package so that the next customer can start on time.

4.Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for 180 days from the date of purchase, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen.

5.The price on the price list does not include tips. If you are grateful for our service, it is recommended that you tip 20%-50% of the service price of the technicians to express your gratitude for their hard work. At the same time, if you recognize our service, welcome to  leave us a five star review on Yelp, Google or Facebook.

6.Any sexual harassment is strictly prohibited during the massage process, and a zero-tolerance policy is adopted for any sexual harassment, including but not limited to soliciting additional services, suggestive words or inappropriate touching. If found, we will terminate the service immediately, and if the circumstances are serious, we will call the police.

7.During the massage, we will ask the guests to take off their clothes and cover you with a sheet to keep you comfortable all the time.

8.If you want a quiet environment during the treatment, you need to inform the masseur in advance. Most of the time, our masseuse needs to communicate with you about the strength of the massage and the position that needs to be pressed to ensure that the massage can achieve the best effect.

SPECIAL EXPLANATION

1.Why need a fee for cancellation?
Therapists get paid per service, if you cancel late, the therapist won't be able to schedule any work for her during that time, she won't get paid, if customers cancel appointments frequently, the masseur won't be able to make a living because of this kind of thing has happened so much time.

2.About payment method.
You can call us in advance or go to our website directly  and click on the appointment system to make an appointment and pay in advance.
